Here is exactly how cancellations and refunds work at DocTeam. Plain English, no fine print. The short version: we deliver what we promised, or you get your money back.
Your one-time setup fee pays us to build and deliver your clinic website as described when you signed up — your details and pages, connected to your own domain and live. That is the service you pay for, and it is the service we stand behind.
If we fail to deliver that service, you are entitled to a full refund of your setup fee. For example, if your website is never built, or what we deliver does not match the scope and timeline we committed to, email us and we will refund your setup fee in full — no arguments.
Once your website has been built and delivered as promised, the setup fee is non-refundable — the work has been done and the site is yours. Changing your mind after your site is delivered, or deciding you no longer want it, isn’t grounds for a refund.
Plan limits are part of the plan, not a delivery failure. If your plan includes a set number of changes, reels or content pieces per period, using them up — or wanting more than your plan includes — is a normal plan limit. You can always upgrade for more, but it isn’t a reason for a refund.
You can cancel your monthly hosting or membership plan at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the billing period you’ve already paid for, and you won’t be charged again. Monthly fees already paid cover the period you’ve used and aren’t pro-rated.
Email hello@docteam.in and we’ll take care of it. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Razorpay, and normally reach you within 5–7 business days.
