Terms of Service

Doctor’s Team is a SaaS platform that helps individual specialist physicians in India with practice marketing: daily specialty news research, AI-drafted blog and social media content in the doctor’s own voice, and on-site SEO tracking. All content drafted by the platform is a suggestion presented for the doctor’s review — nothing publishes to a doctor’s website or social accounts without that doctor’s explicit approval in the dashboard.

• Content approval. You are responsible for reviewing every piece of content the platform drafts before approving it for publication. Approval is your action, not ours.
• Regulatory compliance.Compliance with the National Medical Commission’s (NMC) advertising and ethics regulations, and any other applicable professional or advertising regulation, is your professional obligation as a licensed physician. The platform provides assistive guardrails (e.g. a “compliance mode” that flags solicitation-style language) but these are aids, not a substitute for your own professional judgment. Doctor’s Team informs; the doctor decides.
• Accurate account information. You agree to provide accurate information about your practice, specialty, and credentials.
• Account security. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

Doctor’s Team is a marketing and content platform. Nothing on the platform, including any AI-drafted content, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, whether directed at doctors or at their patients. Doctor’s Team is not a healthcare provider.

Content you approve and publish through the platform is yours. We retain the underlying platform, templates, and AI-drafting system as our own intellectual property.

The platform is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Manzil CRM is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to content approved and published by a doctor, third-party service outages (e.g. Meta, Google, or AI model providers we integrate with), or regulatory action arising from content a doctor chose to approve and publish. There is no paid subscription as of these Terms’ effective date; this section will state a specific liability cap once one exists.

You may close your account at any time by contacting support — there is no self-service cancellation control in the dashboard yet. We may suspend or terminate an account for violation of these Terms or use of the platform to publish content that violates applicable law or professional regulation. On termination, account data is retained per our Privacy Policy’s retention schedule.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active accounts via the email on file. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising under these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gurgaon, Haryana.
